The Job
As Head of Product, you are responsible for setting the multi-year product strategy, including translation of product strategy into strategic development plans, with a structured product & services backlog that sets the right priorities & aligns with the strategic product roadmap and market needs.
- You will support the Product Managers in developing & executing Product strategy, that aligns with the goals of the EV industry of sustainability & efficiency and Milence’s goals to deliver reliable services to our customers & drivers.
- You will support the Product Managers defining the go-to market approach for all products. Plans and executes the product launch, coordinating marketing efforts to drive awareness and adoption of charging sites.
- You will further grow and lead a team of product managers who are responsible for the development & management of the Milence portfolio of products & solutions.
- You will be a role model of a customer centric approach to product design & development, with a laser focus on a seamless, frictionless customer journey, keeping in mind all the aspects that come together with “find, book, charge, recharge, park and pay”.
- You will work closely with the teams across digital factory, data, technology & asset management, through an agile way of working to facilitate quick innovation & product development.
- You will also work closely with Sales & Energy team in defining & implementing the pricing strategy and gathering market needs. Ensuring a state of the art working environment for company’s employees.
Job requirements
What we are looking for
- You bring at least 10 years of working experience in B2B product-related fields.
- You hold a Degree in marketing, business administration, economics, technology or similar.
- You will bring a strong industry network translating market developments into Milence strategy
- Preferably you have a background working in product development or management within the domain of Charging Equipment Manufacturer, eMSP (e-Mobility Service Provider) and or CPO (Charge Point Operator) back-end services.
- Previous working knowledge of logistics sector is advantageous.
- You have successfully built high performing teams and rolled out Agile ways of working. Your leadership experience is across hybrid, remote and diverse teams.
- You have experience in both hardware and SaaS solutions (Software as a Service).
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English.
- You are able to see problems before they arise and your positive attitude helps you see opportunities, solve problems & find solutions.
- You are strong in building and maintaining relationships at all levels in an organisation, variety of influencing skills, driving together for results.
