Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions. You’ll onboard new customers, nurture relationships, and support them throughout their journey, both locally and internationally. You’ll be their advocate, ensuring engagement and satisfaction for the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Lead a smooth onboarding process, setting customers up for success.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships, ensuring long-term engagement.
- Value Optimization: Identify opportunities to maximize value through guidance and best practices.
- Customer Advocacy: Capture customer feedback to relay to product and development teams for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Work with support and development teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Metrics Ownership: Track success metrics such as adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Consultative Skills:
- Industry Expertise: Experience working in or understanding our customers’ industries.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology, particularly BIM, CAD, or similar construction software.
Commercial Skills:
- Strategic Sales: Identify, close, and expand business opportunities at a strategic level.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage complex stakeholder landscapes with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Process: Handle the sales process from opportunity to close.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for customer satisfaction and long-term success in a SaaS environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with new technology; experience with BIM, CAD, VR, or construction software is a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing customer challenges.
- Collaboration: Team player who works effectively across departments.
- Global Mindset: Fluent in French & English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
