IT Sales Business Analyst | Bologna (Hybrid)
Our client is a motorcycle manufacturing company and has embarked on a digital transformation of its sales processes with the aim of enabling its customers to purchase increasingly customisable products.
In order to achieve these objectives the company wants to strengthen the IT & Digital Transformation team, with the insertion of an IT Sales Area Business Analyst who will be entrusted with the following activities and areas of responsibility:
• supporting the Sales area business requirements identification process by acting as an interface between business referents and third parties;
• managing national and international projects in the application and digital fields, ensuring compliance with the methodologies laid down by the group standards and in accordance with the IT Program Plan;
• managing relations with project suppliers and AMS application service providers;
• overseeing the B2B processes and systems of the Sales area active in the company, ensuring their correct functioning, and promoting their constant evolution in compliance with the company strategy;
• managing the demand phase, gathering requirements and proposing new evolutions in the Sales area;
• guaranteeing the integrity of the SAP platform for all Group companies;
• ensuring the compliance of the Group's IT Governance procedures;
• managing and monitoring the budget of the projects for which he/she is responsible;
• managing in a collaborative and proactive manner the relationship with the reference business.
Required:
• degree in Computer Science or Management Engineering;
• at least 5 years' experience in the same job in international companies or within IT consultancy companies;
• excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• excellent knowledge of the Order to Cash process and the SAP SD module;
• good knowledge of the Opportunity to Order process (SalesFunnel);
• very good knowledge of SAP system architecture, programming, interfaces, databases, web principles and digital technologies;
• good knowledge of the Office 365 suite;
• strong inclination towards Project and Time Management;
• excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• excellent analytical, detail-oriented and in-depth skills;
• proven aptitude for Team Working;
• orientation towards achieving results;
• proven aptitude for problem solving and organisational autonomy;
• attitude towards continuous innovation;
• Willingness to travel abroad for short periods.
Skills in the following areas are considered a plus:
• Sales Planning processes preferably on SAP IBP (Demand Planning and S&Op);
• SAP BTP;
• SAP Commerce Could;
• Salesforce (Sales Cloud);
• Project management and Agile certifications\Scrum.
