About the Role
As a Games Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sports betting platform, including managing sports schedules, promotions, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall performance metrics. Your strategic mindset and attention to detail will be crucial in optimizing the gaming experience and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling and organization of sports events and games on our platform, ensuring timely updates and accuracy of information.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations of games and promotions, gathering feedback and insights to inform future planning and decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive developments, incorporating insights into games operations strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of games and promotions.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management or similar roles, preferably within the sports betting or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of sports betting operations, including sports schedules, odds, and betting markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for sports and gaming, capable of developing engaging promotions and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
