We are now looking for a new Senior Learning Designer to design and deliver our next curriculum of Data Engineering focussed on Python.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training a future team of Data Engineers, making the best out of their potential;
- Planning and managing the whole bootcamp, building a strong and complete skills set from scratch;
- Overseeing the training course contents and materials, making sure each participant gets all the knowledge needed;
- Providing the management with regular feedback, organizing practical tests and evaluating the results.

Requirements:
- +3 years experience as Data Engineer;
- Strong, real-life background in Python and SQL, ideally in a data-driven tech company
- Familiarity with remote training, coaching and group management;
- Availability to work as a freelancer part-time (morning shift);
- Full professional English level;
- Spanish proficiency.
